We do hold information you share with us through other channels — for example, when you:
- Email us about productions, membership, the Academy, or other enquiries
- Buy tickets for our shows through TicketSource, our ticketing partner
- Donate through Enthuse, our donations partner
- Register for an audition or sign up to membership via one of our Google Forms, where we collect contact details and any information relevant to the activity
- Pay for membership or other charges via Square, our invoicing partner, which handles your payment details directly and securely
- Join Upstagers as a performer, volunteer or backstage member
- Take part in a production as a child performer — in which case we collect contact details, emergency contacts, any relevant medical information, and photo consent from a parent or guardian
In each case, we only ask for what we need.
